Job Summary  | The Senior Associate/Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Student-Athlete Success position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable NCAA, Conference and Institutional rules and regulations; monitoring all student-athlete eligibility and financial aid to assure compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional regulations; maintaining and overseeing all student-athlete information and files including grant-in-aids, NLIs, eligibility lists, biographical information, academic records, recruiting records and required NCAA forms; planning, developing and implementing programs of in-service training, staff development and rules-education for institutional administrators, coaches, staff, student-athletes and boosters; and overseeing the departmental plan for reporting, investigating and responding to possible alleged violations.
Minimum Qualifications  | 1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of two years of experience in the NCAA compliance field
