About the Role
As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience through thoughtful benefits administration, compliance expertise, and operational excellence. You’ll be part of a team that’s modernizing how we care for our workforce—bringing empathy, precision, and innovation to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and evaluate health, wellness, and retirement programs across a multistate workforce.
- Support the implementation of new platforms and technologies to enhance benefits delivery.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and other regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate premium payments and reconciliations.
- Manage day-to-day processing of group benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, FSA, 401(k), and non-qualified plans.
- Lead open enrollment processes including communications, vendor coordination, and employee support.
- Provide analytical insights to improve program effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and annual audits (e.g., Form 5500).
- Interpret and apply FMLA and ADA policies related to leaves and disabilities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees navigating benefits and wellness options.

Experience and Skills
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in HR or benefits administration, preferably in a multistate organization.
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), MS Office, and benefits administration platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and carrier integrations.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for improving employee experience and operational excellence.
