Coach undergraduate students on career exploration, resumes and cover letters, technical and case interviews, search strategies, and offer negotiation.
Lead workshops and seminars for Management and Supply Chain Management majors.
Collaborate with the undergraduate and MBA/MS career coaching teams to apply best practices in career services.
Partner with industry relations managers to promote internship and job opportunities and prepare students to interview for them.
Participate in First Destination data collection efforts.
Support institutional events including orientation, career mixers, and student organization activities.
Hold a bachelor's degree, with experience considered in lieu of a master's degree.
Bring at least 3 years of career coaching or recruiting experience, with strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to present in a classroom.
Salary range of $49,400 - $56,200.
Follow a full-time, in-office schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with evening and weekend hours as needed for presentations or event coverage.
