Missouri State University is hiring a Senior Centralized User Support Specialist. This role supports IT service delivery by providing technical leadership, managing projects, maintaining systems, and offering high-quality technology support to university students, faculty, and staff. The position also involves supervising and training IT staff and student employees.

Provide employee deskside support or help desk support via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Implement effective IT service delivery and support practices.
Lead technical projects of moderate scope, including server maintenance, asset management, and system testing.
Supervise, train, and develop Graduate Assistants and student employees.
Require strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, network topologies, and diagnostic techniques.
Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; degree in a computer-related field preferred.
At least three years of experience in centralized user support or similar role, including help desk and customer service environments.
Demonstrated project management skills and experience supervising IT staff.
Compensation is $58,676 annually, exempt full-time position in the Computer Services department.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; work may include evenings, nights, or weekends.
