  • Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, familiarity with UNC System compensation structures, CCP designation, and professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
  • Salary range is $62,115 - $80,000 annually; position reports to the Director of Position Management within Human Resources.
