  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of compensation analysis experience; Master’s degree, CCP, and HR certifications preferred.
  • Salary range: $62,115 - $80,000 annually.
  • Supports the Human Resources department within the Business Affairs division.
