In addition to creating content for specific projects, you will also help support other content creators by establishing and promoting best practices for our web content. We are a small team that covers a lot of ground, and we are looking for someone with the enthusiasm, perspective, and experience to wear many hats.

- Understands localization and globalization principles for diverse markets.
- Has a general knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and how they relate to marketing and ecommerce sites.
- Has experience working with AI, both as a productivity tool and a supported platform feature.
- Leads projects with confidence, empathy, quality, and efficiency.
- Takes responsibility for content quality, process documentation, and on-time delivery of the team’s work.
- Has a great attitude that supports a positive, fun, rich team culture within the content team and across the larger experience team.
- Promotes exchange of learning, best practice and new ideas.
