What you will do: 
  • Lead equity-focused analyses using SQL and Tableau to uncover disparities in student outcomes.

What you bring:  
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, institutional research, or education equity analytics.
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex, and high-volume data sets across enterprise or distributed data environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and intermediate proficiency in Tableau.

Bonus points if you have: 
  • Experience analyzing equity gaps in student or community outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing survey data and sense of belonging measures.
  • Familiarity with qualitative or mixed methods approaches.
  • Experience working with education nonprofits, philanthropy, or mission-driven institutions. 

Work Location: 
  • This is a full-time, in-office position at WGU's headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT. You will work side-by-side with a multidisciplinary team of analysts, researchers, and educators committed to data-informed innovation.
