We are looking for a Senior Data and Insights Manager who will take have an opportunity to develop a robust solution all things data within BrickLink.
Working closely with the DCE Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team this role will be pivotal in building this capability.
Start Date: early December 2025
End Date: late August 2026
Location: USA, Irvine, California – Be able to work in a hybrid basis- 3 days in the office and the rest remote (called "Best of Both")
What you’ll do:
- Define the needs for dashboards and self-serve reporting capabilities for different user groups in the company and build on the current suite of reports supporting the BrickLink functional areas. (via Power BI and/or similar data visualization tools)
- Work with a cross-functional data & analytics team to create well-structured and documented data sources that can be used for downstream reporting and analysis (via SQL and Python, working on Databricks)
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis on digital product performance, user journey analysis, and marketing / content effectiveness, to help our business understand which touchpoints and tactics are driving the greatest value for the business (and why)
- Turn raw data into meaningful insights and recommendations, and act as a “data storyteller” to bring actionable analysis to senior leadership
- Play a leading role in a cross-functional data, analytics and insights network across the LEGO Group, ensuring alignment around core metrics and collaborating with others to develop best practice and shared learnings on the drivers of effective consumer engagement

You will be tasked with ensuring that we are laser sharp on our day-to-day trading, build forecasting, impact capabilities, and lead the way in harvesting the creativity of our community and bringing this to life in the LEGO Group.
The role will work closely with the DCE Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team where you will share a focus on establishing two-way, long lasting and meaningful relationships with our consumers and shoppers, we believe that the ethical, transparent, and effective use of consumer data is key to this ambition.
You will be working at the core of our digital product teams, building our data analytics infrastructure and providing analysis & recommendations to continually improve experiences.
For this role we are seeking a highly entrepreneurial senior analytics specialist who is comfortable working in a matrixed and cross-functional organization. Being able to influence multiple product teams and stakeholders will be key, as will the ability to balance detailed hands-on analysis with generating unexpected insights and creating compelling narratives designed to inspire action in the business.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience with business insights in a marketing or product development context, including games or other digital products – Must have a proven track record of driving business actions based on the analysis of consumer behavior data
- Hands-on experience turning raw, unstructured data into meaningful insights and recommendations, and comfort using a variety of analytics tools and methodologies – Experience creating meaningful data visualization and communicating this with senior business partners
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics and/or Snowplow, and the implementation of tracking variables across both known and unknown / anonymous device IDs
- Experience performing analysis on large data sets in a Big Data platform (i.e. Databricks or a similar platform)
- Comfort with SQL and Power BI is a must, and optionally Python as well (We are comfortable with candidates who need to improve their skills in these areas, but this role will require a hands-on technical specialist who is comfortable continually developing and upgrading their skills in these areas)
- Proven project management skills, with experience delivering difficult and complex projects involving multiple teams – We’re looking for a lynchpin who isn’t afraid to get things done even when they don’t have formal authority over everyone who needs to be involved to make it work, and is able to build collaborative working relationships across organizational boundaries
- A structured quick learner and a natural of curiosity to look for the “so what” behind trends identified in data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders including the development of business cases / investment models for internal buy-in
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $124,706.00 - $187,060.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
