About the Role:
Wiley is establishing Enterprise Systems Product Management to manage enterprise technology as product-led domains, aligning technology investments with business capabilities and measurable outcomes.
Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Systems Product Management, the Product Management Lead will own the Enterprise Data Platform domain, including its roadmap, priorities, adoption, and business outcomes. The role will partner closely with business capability owners and Technology teams to simplify Wiley's data landscape and create a unified, governed platform that enables trusted decision-making, greater data reuse, and improved operational efficiency.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced product leader who can navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical, scalable data capabilities.

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles in the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, or Spain. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
