The Senior Effectiveness Consultant is responsible for implementing and delivering impactful learning solutions that enhance performance across sales and customer-facing teams. This role combines project coordination with learning delivery expertise to create engaging and measurable learning experiences that drive business results. The success of this role will be measured by program implementation quality, participant engagement, skills application, and contribution to performance metrics.

In this role you will…

Learning Delivery: Facilitate dynamic virtual and in-person training sessions that build essential sales and customer success competencies, adapting delivery approaches to meet diverse audience needs and experience levels
Skills Application: Guide participants in applying new skills through structured practice opportunities, reinforcement activities, and supportive feedback that bridges learning to on-the-job performance
Needs Identification: Collaborate with business partners to identify performance gaps and learning needs, contributing insights to the development of targeted effectiveness solutions
Program Coordination: Coordinate the facilitation of learning initiatives, working closely with program owners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely completion
Feedback Collection: Gather and synthesize participant feedback, learning metrics, and engagement data to inform program improvements and effectiveness enhancements
Content Refinement: Support the adaptation and optimization of learning content based on participant feedback and emerging business needs, ensuring materials remain relevant and impactful
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders on program progress, participant engagement, and implementation milestones

You have what it takes if you have…

L&D Experience: 5+ years of experience in learning delivery, sales enablement, or related fields with demonstrated success in facilitating effective learning experiences
2+ years in Sales or Business Development role experience, specifically with LMS or ERP systems (Cornerstone, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and customer success principles with the ability to connect learning objectives to business outcomes
Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions that promote active participation and knowledge application
Project Coordination: Demonstrated experience coordinating learning initiatives with attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
Collaborative Approach: Strong teamwork capabilities with the ability to work effectively with program owners, subject matter experts, and business partners
