Build and drive excellence across the revenue organization to meet our vision & goals. This opportunity is to impact our global revenue organization by executing enablement programs for strategic initiatives, skills training, leadership development, and driving change management.

- You possess a deep understanding of teaming between Revenue business units as well as a strong knowledge of business development, sales, solutions architect, and customer success-like roles and responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Active role in supporting projects tied to Revenue objectives
- Design and execute end-to-end GTM enablement initiatives and programs
- Alignment and engagement with leaders to capture the current needs for development
- Consistent cadence with leaders and revenue roles to understand their reality and propose approaches to address any enablement needs
- Engage in the Global Revenue Onboarding program to positively impact ramp time for newly hired revenue individuals
Experience you’ll bring:
- Possesses strong knowledge of the sales process, enablement/skills development, leader development, and can drive any execution related programs
- Has experience in complex sales cycles and is able to coach and mentor on building strategies
- Has strong experience in engaging and establishing credibility with leadership teams and reps
- Proficiency in digital tools - Gong, LLMs, G Suite, Slack, Highspot or other enablement platforms
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global hybrid team environment
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years in a strategic enablement function
- Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this role is $94,400 - $131,200 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
