As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Program Manager, with Business Analyst expertise to join our dedicated team. The Senior Program Management role will have high visibility in the organization and drive our company's most significant, high-impact and transformative initiatives. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment between different stakeholders (including senior management).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Translates strategic vision into program scope and design.
- Develop key business metrics and KPIs to measure the achievement of business goals.
- Translate process requirements into concrete end-to-end project plan.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to commit and execute to project plans.
- Facilitates joint planning with business partners as required in project and program lifecycle.
- Create, communicate, and track comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, tasks, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develops or is familiar with intake process development for new projects in an Enterprise.
- Identifies business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs of the organization.
- Experience and comfort in working in various database software and web-based reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of statistical methodologies, data analysis techniques, data management, dashboards, modeling, querying, and workflows.
- Implements solutions that support data governance, data fidelity and quality initiatives.
- Prepare for and participate in a bi-weekly enterprise project management update meeting for senior leadership providing project and risk updates and discussion of key decision points.
- Participate in bi-weekly EPM team meetings and effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and results with EPM team members.
- Supports the development of long-term EPM organizational strategy.
- Conducts research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years' professional experience in project management and program management.
- 4+ years' professional experience managing large-scale enterprise projects.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with different departments and teams.
- Demonstrated experience applying strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. Monday, Smartsheets or MS Project), statistical software, LucidCharts and PowerBI.
- Experience applying strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience applying strong understanding of project management best practices and experience developing and implementing project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in business management or statistics.
- Proven experience in the Ed-Tech industry.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement projects (including six sigma).
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000/year.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to concentrate and multi-task for long periods of time in a noisy/busy environment. Must be able to travel and work more than 40 hours per week on occasion.
This position is eligible for remote employment, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming. Preference given to candidates in Austin, TX.
