The Senior Enterprise Systems Product Manager is a key member of the Business Transformation team, responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Salesforce CPQ to support Imagine Learning’s evolving Products & Pricing strategy. This role is critical to streamlining the lead-to-cash lifecycle and works cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Technology to deliver scalable, effective solutions. Whether enhancing existing functionality or launching new capabilities, this position plays a pivotal role in improving internal processes and delivering exceptional user and customer experiences.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Technical Product Management Director.
 
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $126,803 and $145,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
 
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.  This position does require that you be willing and able to work regular business hours on the Eastern Time Zone, regardless of your location.
 
Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 20% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap for CPQ, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to identify problems, define outcomes, and translate them into use cases and requirements.
  • Lead enhancements to existing functionality and implementation of new capabilities, including net-new Salesforce modules or applications such as Revenue Cloud Advanced.
  • Remain current on Salesforce releases, ecosystem trends, and emerging technologies and bring forward innovative ideas that improve efficiency, user experience, and business value.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs, connecting technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with broader system architecture.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, gather business needs, document use cases, and guide stakeholders through feature evaluations and delivery planning.
  • Write and manage high-quality epics and user stories, lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization.
  • Monitor key metrics (e.g., story completion, defect rates, scope stability, user adoption, post-launch results) to inform iteration and improvement.
  • Ensure system workflows align with internal policies, compliance needs, and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
 
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in technical solutions product management within a SaaS environment or CRM management consulting, including at least 4 years of experience focused on Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and leading both incremental improvements and greenfield implementations within enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and business processes, with the ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is required.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist).
  • Agile experience required (Scrum or SAFe); Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
