- Ship meaningful features quickly: Solve high-impact problems and deliver solutions using modern workflows—feature flags, CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-assisted coding.
- Focus on backend excellence: Design and scale APIs, services, and data flows that power our student experience.
- Improve how we work: Contribute to engineering best practices, refine our developer tooling, and shape processes that help the team scale effectively.
- Collaborate: Partner with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with top priorities.
- Solve challenging problems: From scaling backend systems to creating tools that support students and internal teams, your work will directly improve outcomes for learners.

- Solid engineering foundation: 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong backend development skills. Experience with Python, Go, or similar is especially valuable; familiarity with React/React Native is a plus.

What you'll get:
- A compensation package that includes a base salary ($170K - $205K) + equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
