To continue elevating the quality and impact of our training ecosystem, we're hiring a Senior Instructional Designer, a strategic thinker with deep expertise in adult learning, curriculum design, and digital learning experiences. This role will be responsible for transforming complex systems, frameworks, and subject matter expertise into scalable, high impact training that equips entrepreneurs to perform at their highest levels.

- You’re a seasoned instructional designer who’s built learning that moves people to act, not just watch
- You love collaborating with subject matter experts to turn ideas and frameworks into structured, learner-centered content
- You can visualize a learner’s journey from first click to final outcome and make every step feel intuitive and engaging
- You have strong design sensibility, you care how things look, feel, and flow
- You’re comfortable managing multiple projects and maintaining high creative standards under tight timelines
- You’re curious about AI tools and use them to prototype, script, or streamline your workflow without sacrificing craft
- You want to design for impact, helping hundreds of entrepreneurs lead better, scale faster, and build the life and business they want
IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:
- Translating BTA’s program architecture and learning objectives into cohesive instructional design strategies
- Designing end to end learning experiences across modalities, including digital, blended, video-based, and facilitator led programs
- Developing storyboards, scripts, and assets using tools like Articulate storyline, Rise 360, google Slides, Powerpoint, Adobe Suite, and Canva
- Applying learning principles, accessibility standards, and BTA’s brand voice to every deliverable
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Program Development to bring programs from concept to launch
- Leveraging AI to support prototyping, microcopy, and rapid design iteration
- Contributing to evolving BTA’s internal workflows, templates, and systems to improve design speed and consistency
- Iterating based on feedback to ensure every module drives measurable learning and performance outcomes
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3-6 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience development
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong design execution and instructional impact across multiple learning formats
- Proven ability to translate technical or complex content into engaging, easy to follow learning materials
- Advanced proficiency with authoring and design tools
- Strong understanding of learning principles, design theory, and evaluation frameworks
- Excellent project management and communication skills; comfortable balancing multiple priorities
- Experience working collaboratively in creative or cross functional teams
