Starting Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
As our Senior Instructional Designer, you will help MISO for project intake, assessment, design, development, and maintenance of highly technical training deliverables. This will require you to demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work with a variety of subject matter experts, trainers, and the LMS Administrator. You may also have some responsibility for managing content in the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as assisting with in-person training as needed.
As the Senior Instructional Designer, you will be part of a talented team that ensures the training that is developed and executed by this department is also highly regulated, so this role requires balance between creativity with adherence to compliance requirements.
You will also have the opportunity to work on special projects in support of the Technical Development five-year plan and operations of the future.
In one year as our Senior Instructional Designer, you will know you were successful if:

- you have a basic understanding of our business and how our team drives organizational value
- you successfully influence peers and customers through learning which positively impacts business outcomes

We are looking for hardworking professionals who have:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in instructional design technology or related field
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated expertise with Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Demonstrated experience with assessing learning outcomes using new Kirkpatrick
We would also prefer candidates with previous experience working in a regulated environment.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
