Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of high-impact, modern learning experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing large-scale learning initiatives using ADDIE and user-centric design methodologies, incorporating gamification, microlearning, video, and interactive media to deliver engaging and effective content. You will also serve as a mentor to fellow designers, helping elevate team capabilities while delivering innovative and measurable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable learning programs, including micro-videos, eLearning modules, job aids, infographics, instructor-led training, and more.
