Job Title: Senior Instructional Designer
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 1 year
Department: Operations – Talent Management

Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of high-impact, modern learning experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing large-scale learning initiatives using ADDIE and user-centric design methodologies, incorporating gamification, microlearning, video, and interactive media to deliver engaging and effective content. You will also serve as a mentor to fellow designers, helping elevate team capabilities while delivering innovative and measurable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable learning programs, including micro-videos, eLearning modules, job aids, infographics, instructor-led training, and more.
  • Apply Design Thinking and user-centric design principles across the full learning lifecycle.
  • Use ADDIE and Agile methodologies to plan, design, prototype, iterate, and deliver content aligned with business goals.
  • Leverage tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to create engaging learning assets.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model and continuously optimize solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple learning projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, accessible, and of the highest quality.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and experimentation within the Talent Management team.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of digital and blended learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, and similar tools.
  • Experience with virtual collaboration platforms like Lucid, Miro, or Figma.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way.
  • Passionate, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement and learner success.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and other knowledge management tools is a plus.
