The Senior Instructional Designer supports the International Learning & Development team in creating and maintaining engaging learning solutions and digital resources for associates across international markets. This role leads the day-to-day administration, publishing, localization, and maintenance of digital learning platforms and communications, while partnering with cross-functional team members to support learning initiatives.

 Responsibilities

•    Administer and maintain the digital learning and communications platform, including content publishing, organization, user access, associate data, site maintenance, reporting, and learning and communication campaigns.
•    Lead localization and publishing of digital learning content across multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and consistency 
•    Develop learning experiences that promote customer engagement, product knowledge and selling techniques that are engaging, realistic, and relevant to today’s learner
•    Update and maintain Articulate eLearning courses and other digital learning resources
•    Partner with Subject Matter Experts, franchise partners and cross-functional team members to support development and delivery of learning content, including videos, eLearnings, instructor-led meetings/conferences, and reference materials
•    Apply project management fundamentals to build detailed and attainable project plans that include tracking, achievements, deliverables, and publishing across multiple projects 

 Qualifications

•    A passion for learning, teaching, inspiring performance through creative solutions
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading 
•    Strong organizational skills, detail and process oriented; ability to handle multiple, complex projects 
•    Learning agility and ability to adapt in a fast paced and collaborative team environment
•    Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites application skills
•    Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms preferred
•    Retail background, store selling/operations experience preferred
•    Travel requirements 10%  

 Education

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (ex. 3-5 years of experience in formal writing, instructional design, digital learning, or LMS administration)
