Reporting to the Manager Technology Communications & Learning, you will use business knowledge and input from the Technology Leadership Team, to assess skills inventory and plan for future skill development. You will foster a learning culture and develop talent to lead value and improve our Technology strategy. As part of the Technology Communications & Learning Team, you will empower the Tech organization through engagement and focused learning, motivating team members to reach their full potential and contribute to QVC Group's success.
You will be hybrid-remote at our West Chester, PA office.

Experience managing third party relationships and/or contracts.
