The Opportunity
  • Reporting to the Manager Technology Communications & Learning, you will use business knowledge and input from the Technology Leadership Team, to assess skills inventory and plan for future skill development. You will foster a learning culture and develop talent to lead value and improve our Technology strategy. As part of the Technology Communications & Learning Team, you will empower the Tech organization through engagement and focused learning, motivating team members to reach their full potential and contribute to QVC Group's success.
  • You will be hybrid-remote at our West Chester, PA office.

Your Impact
  • Develop the Technology Learning Strategy under the guidance of the Manager Technology Communications & Learning.
  • Collaborate with HR and team leaders to maintain career path roadmaps and training matrices for multiple skills.
  • Partner with leadership and talent management teams to identify skill gaps and create training opportunities.
  • Facilitate weekly Technology learning sessions and coach others in content development and presentation.
  • Develop training materials and job aids to ensure the use of new technology, including AI.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years' experience creating training programs related to upskilling employees.
  • 5+ years' experience delivering training sessions and continuing education.
  • 5+ years' experience analyzing qualitative or quantitative information to identify opportunities to upskill team members.
  • 5+ years' experience creating resources or SOPs for employee success)
  • Experience analyzing qualitative or quantitative information.
  • Experience managing third party relationships and/or contracts.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
