Senior Learning Business Partner 

Job Summary 
The Senior Learning Business Partner supports business leaders and HR partners by delivering learning solutions aligned with enterprise goals. This role is responsible for supporting the identification, development, and delivery of learning and development solutions that align with business goals and enhance organizational capability. Acting as a key partner between business teams and the L&D function, the Senior Learning Partner helps implement large-scale learning initiatives and contributes to fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization. 
 
This role is highly collaborative, working with HR Business Partners, Learning Architects, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure programs are impactful, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. 

This position can be fully remote based anywhere in the US or hybrid from one of our corporate offices in Denver, CO, Omaha, NE or Minneapolis, MN. 

Key Responsibilities 
Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis 
  • Lead enterprise or function-wide learning needs assessments to identify capability gaps and strategic opportunities. 
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align learning support with operational development needs. 
  • Translate performance and engagement data into insights that inform learning strategies. 
Program Design & Enablement 
  • Partner with learning architect and external vendors to lead the creation and implementation of large-scale learning programs. 
  • Oversee or directly facilitate high-impact learning sessions, workshops, or leadership programs. 
  • Reinforce learning at the operational level by supporting frontline leaders with tools and resources to apply learning on the job. 
Stakeholder Partnership & Influence 
  • Serve as the primary learning consultant for a designated business function or enterprise initiative. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to promote effective use of learning solutions for team development. 
  • Establish cross-functional alignment with HR Business Partners and other enabling teams to ensure seamless learning integration. 
Measurement & Evaluation 
  • Define success metrics and measurement strategies for learning initiatives. 
  • Track adoption, feedback, and performance outcomes to inform future improvements. 
  • Share insights with senior stakeholders to help drive accountability and reinforce value of learning efforts. 
Capability Building & Coaching 
  • Mentor junior learning partners or facilitators within the organization. 
  • Build leadership and technical capability through targeted learning interventions. 
  • Assist plant-level trainers and operational teams in scaling learning efforts at the local level. 

Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred. 
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or talent strategy. 
  • Demonstrated success in consulting with senior leaders and shaping learning strategies. 
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and influence skills across diverse levels of an organization. 
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design practices, and learning technologies. 
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Good to Have 
  • Proficiency in LMS administration (Alchemy and Workday Learning) 
  • Experience designing or implementing leadership development programs 
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean methodologies

Additional Information:
Competitive Compensation:We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $86,200.00 - $114,915.90, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience.  Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.  While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 10% Annual.
