Join us as a key driver of professional growth and organizational success! We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning & Development Consultant II to shape and execute comprehensive learning strategies across our business units.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Learning Strategy: Design, implement, and manage robust education and training programs aligned with overall company and departmental goals. Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strategic Program Oversight: Direct the design and rollout of innovative training solutions that support complex, multi-product environments. Ensure all programs align with business objectives, marketing strategies, and performance targets.
  • Multi-Modal Learning Delivery: Utilize diverse training methods—one-on-one coaching, classroom sessions, blended learning, just-in-time training, and team-based approaches—to meet a wide range of learning styles and business needs.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Partner closely with business leaders, senior executives, and external partners to identify learning needs, co-create impactful programs, and deliver measurable results.
  • Comprehensive Curriculum Management: Develop and maintain a training roadmap for all roles within the business unit. Ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional service and performance.
  • Talent Development Leadership: Informally lead and coach training team members, fostering their professional growth while maintaining high standards of instructional design and delivery.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of high-impact initiatives that span multiple departments or business areas. Provide expert consultation and innovative solutions to drive enterprise-wide capability development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor training effectiveness, leverage feedback and data, and refine programs to ensure ongoing relevance and value.

 Who You Are: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 6+ years of demonstrated work experience through one or a combination of the following: training, talent development, instructional design experience or leadership development 
  • Must possess analytical, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation & consensus building, planning, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Implementation & development of programs required
  • Must demonstrate effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be results driven and detail oriented with the ability to manage change in a dynamic environment
  • Must have project management skills and knowledge of company and business unit products, services and operations
  • Must have strong understanding of company & business unit strategy
  • Coaching certification highly preferred but not required 

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $100800 - $182400 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
