Description
The National Account Manager is responsible for all Adult Wholly Owned sales and Adult Clients including Entangled, Sounds True, Darrington Press, Harriman House, Gugnir, and Apollo Books to Indigo Books and Accelerate 360. In addition to an active sales role, the incumbent will play a leading role in managing the C format list.

What you'll do:
  • Maximize sales of new and backlist titles with Indigo Books; Identify opportunities for new revenue; maximize efficiency.
  • Planning and forecasting sales of key titles including Indigo initials and sell through for exclusive and signed editions and C formats
  • Coordinate with the publishing imprints on cover feedback, sales updates, packaging, pricing, and Canadian author events, through email, marketing meeting participation, and team meetings.
  • Assist with planning Canada-specific focus title campaigns, especially Canadian tours, Canadian authors, and C formats
  • Maintain strong business relationships at all levels at Indigo, Accelerate 360, publishers, and Raincoast to encourage profitability, growth, and efficiency.
