About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Partnerships to lead and expand our strategic partnerships within the higher education (HE) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving large-scale institutional deals across both the private and government sectors. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strong relationship-building skills, team management capabilities, and a growth-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Lead the development and execution of partnership digital strategies with key stakeholders in the private sector, government bodies, and higher education institutions.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 3–5 Partnership Managers to ensure effective deal execution and long-term partner engagement.
  • Deal Management: Drive end-to-end management of large-scale HE institutional deals, from opportunity identification to contract closure and implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the senior point of contact for high-level external stakeholders, including government agencies, university leadership, and corporate partners.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Lead complex negotiations with professionalism and tact; communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with business growth goals and sector trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 12–15 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in education, EdTech, or government sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in closing and managing large, multi-stakeholder HE institutional deals.
  • Experience working with both government and private sector entities is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a bias for execution and a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in business, Public Policy, Education, or a related field.
  • Existing network within higher education and public sector ecosystems.
  • Experience with policy-oriented or government-funded education programs is a plus.
