Senior Manager, Services (D&A)
Location Naperville, IL – Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Overview of the Data & Analytics Business
Frontline’s Data & Analytics business is a standalone unit within the organization,
dedicated to unlocking the full potential of district data. Our analytics portfolio gives
school systems the clarity and confidence to move from information to action—enabling
targeted, faster, and more transparent decisions across every dimension of district
leadership.
The Data & Analytics suite includes:
• Business Analytics, helps district finance and operations leaders forecast, plan,
and optimize resource allocation;
• Comparative Analytics, provides districts with benchmarking data to measure
performance relative to peers;
• Student Analytics, turns academic and engagement data into actionable insight for
improving learning, equity, and achievement; and
• Location Analytics, leverages GIS technology to visualize student, staffing, and
facility data on interactive maps for strategic boundary and resource planning.
How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission
At Frontline Education, the Senior Manager, Services plays a key leadership role in helping
districts harness the full potential of their data. You’ll lead a team within our Data &
Analytics business unit—driving the delivery of innovative, AI-enhanced solutions that help
school leaders make informed, confident decisions that positively impact students and
communities.
How You’ll Drive Success
• Lead and inspire a high-performing service team of 15 members, including 4
direct reports, to deliver excellence across client engagements.
• Develop scalable, reliable service processes by designing and refining
frameworks for delivery, technical support, and reporting.
• Use data and AI-driven insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and
improve efficiency across operations.
• Create transparent dashboards and metrics that translate goals into measurable
outcomes, helping teams take meaningful action.
• Foster consistency and quality by implementing standardized delivery practices
and ensuring accountability for results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to
design process and tooling enhancements that elevate the client experience.
• Champion responsible AI innovation by leading at least one AI-driven process
improvement project annually, demonstrating how technology can enhance—not
replace—human potential.
• Build a culture of ownership and adaptability, guiding your team through change
with clarity, empathy, and a growth mindset.
What You Bring to Help Us Grow
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in implementation or technical services, with 3–5 years of people
leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with accountability, clarity, and care.
• Strong data orientation—comfortable translating metrics into insights and actions.
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Enthusiasm for exploring how AI and automation can drive service excellence and
client impact.
