Senior Managing Director of Entrepreneurship -DIAL Full Description

Job Summary
The Senior Managing Director will lead the strategic design and execution of the DIAL Ventures Venture Studio, overseeing all phases of venture creation from the Innovation Fellows program through discovery, build, and biannual startup launches. This role will drive the development of 8–12 agrifood startups over a three-year period, while recruiting, managing, and mentoring a cohort of Innovation Fellows. The Senior Director will coordinate cross-functional studio operations and partnerships and actively engage agrifood industry leaders, investors, and university stakeholders to advance innovation, accelerate venture growth, and strengthen the DIAL entrepreneurial ecosystem.
