The Senior Marketing Technology Manager will oversee B2E eligible employee facing email and SMS programs while working closely with various stakeholders to drive campaign performance through innovative marketing strategy. The Senior Marketing Technology Manager will power user of the marketing technology stack managing marketing automation (Marketing Cloud), CRM (Salesforce), CDP (Dynamics), and project management tools to support a growing division. In addition, the senior manager will oversee the development of the marketing analytics practice, which includes the delivery of meaningful research, analysis, summaries, conclusions, and recommendations that help drive employee engagement and revenue.
This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance the customer journey through personalized communications and digital experiences that align with EdAssist brand and messaging to increase engagement.
- Polish KPIs, set up tagging/tracking, monitor performance, implement tests, and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Define company’s audience targeting strategy, testing methodology and measurement of email marketing effectiveness
- Development of tools, processes and frameworks to further best practices and deliver cutting edge email marketing programs
- Work across functions as needed (Automation, Salesforce, EDW, Product teams) connecting data points to develop more robust analyses of the EdAssist ecosystem
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Analytics is Required
- Master's Degree, MBA, Business Analytics, or Marketing is Preferred
- 7 years experience implementing and managing Marketing Automation programs and technology (preferably using Salesforce Marketing Cloud ExactTarget and/or Pardot) is Required
- Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time and project management are critical skills.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and creative problem solving.
- Understanding of employee eligibility-based marketing, targeting and segmentation.
- Ability to think strategically while also able to “roll up your sleeves” and do the hands-on work necessary to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex reporting and statistical systems and tools.
- Knowledge of test and learn practices a plus (such as A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, etc.)
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to, and drive change.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who both works well within a team and independently
- Marketing Cloud AMPScript familiarity & experience a plus.
- Experience with analytic tools encouraged (PowerBI, Qlik)

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
