What You’ll Do
  • Lead reviews and analysis of business and IT processes, gather client requirements, and author functional and technical design documents guiding solutions from definition through implementation and training.
  • Partner with Business Leadership to identify strategic needs, high-level requirements, potential technology solutions, and measurable business benefits for enterprise application projects.
  • Recommend Oracle-standard design approaches that reduce customization, improve maintainability, and strengthen performance, supporting the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Develop and support integrations and extensions using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, JSON, Visual Builder, Redwood extension patterns, BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle APEX, and relevant OCI services.
  • Manage and support Oracle system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and system defects.
  • Apply influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques to address underlying business challenges and implement best-practice solutions.
  • Alert project managers to potential risks and issues and prepare and present reports on system performance and project status.

We’re Looking for Someone With
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
  • 5–6 years of experience as a Technical Analyst in Oracle environments, including: independent leadership of requirements-gathering and process workshops; proven ability to convert requirements into Functional and Technical Design Documents; experience aligning technology with strategic business goals in large, global organizations
  • 2+ years of application support and management experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite (preferably R12)
  • 2+ successful end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
  • 5–6 years of deep expertise in: Order-to-Cash processes and applications, including Oracle CPQ, Order Management, Service Contracts, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger
  • Hands-on proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, REST APIs, JSON, Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder, BICC, Redwood extension patterns, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Cloud extension frameworks
  • Custom report and dashboard development using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, and similar tools
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with: Oracle Embedded AI & Oracle AI Agent Studio, Redwood UI and Redwood application extensions, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report Oracle ERP process areas
  • Oracle Certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional)
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Experience with Zuora RevPro
