About the role:  
We are looking for a hands-on and platform-savvy AI Platform Engineer to help build and scale generative and agentic AI solutions across the enterprise. This role will focus on leveraging platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Salesforce Agentforce to rapidly develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered automations. You’ll work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and junior engineers to bring AI use cases to life through low-code/no-code and custom integrations. 

What you’ll be doing: (Job duties and responsibilities)  
  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Salesforce Agentforce. Will expand to cover other IT platforms over time. 
  • Formulate AI development lifecycle processes for rapid development and deployment while enabling oversight through instrumentation and monitoring. 
  • Establish reusable patterns and components for AI development and evangelize across engineering team. 
  • Develop connectors, plugins, and orchestration flows that integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs. 
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate solution designs into scalable implementations. 
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases, balancing speed with maintainability and governance. 
  • Support junior engineers and offshore team members with technical guidance and code reviews. Oversee quality of solutions built by team. 

What we'll want you to have: (Job requirements and preferences)  
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or platform development. 
  • Hands-on experience building solutions with at least one of the following: Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio, Salesforce Einstein/Agentforce, IBM Watsonx/Assistant or similar enterprise AI platform. 
  • Experience with prompt engineering or agentic AI design patterns. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar enterprise automation platform used to automate human workflow across platforms. 
  • Hands-on experience with integrating generative AI solutions (e.g., Copilot/OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc) into workflows or applications. 
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and enterprise integration patterns. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with cross-functional teams. 
  • Exposure to enterprise IT environments, including security, compliance, and data governance considerations. 

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience instrumenting AI solutions, establishing feedback loops, processing feedback, and driving continuous improvement. 
  • Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD practices for low-code platforms.
