We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team as a key leader within our product group—balancing hands-on design execution with strategic collaboration alongside Product Management and Engineering. In this role, you’ll lead cross-product initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the organization, and mentor junior designers to help grow their craft and confidence.

Key Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer in a similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles, with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences
  • Mastery designing in Figma, paired with an eagerness to stay updated on industry trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor other designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team
  • Proven ability to translate product requirements into compelling design solutions, presenting multiple viable paths forward
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and deliver pragmatic, effective solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your product team in collaboration with the PM and Engineering Lead to drive strategic initiatives
  • Strategize with leaders across functions to identify and deliver impactful cross-product projects
  • Mentor other designers, providing guidance to elevate skills and maintain design excellence
  • Tackle complex and ambiguous projects, leading design through all stages of the product design process
  • Explore how projects integrate into existing and future customer workflows, balancing details with the bigger picture
  • Plan and conduct user research with minimal guidance, shaping objectives and co-leading synthesis of insights
  • Create complex prototypes, iterating based on feedback, and introduce new prototyping techniques to the team
  • Design user flows and interactions within constraints, leveraging a deep knowledge of our design system
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to leadership, clients, and the team, documenting decisions transparently
  • Proactively seek and provide feedback, contribute to critiques, and help build a strong design team culture

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The total pay range for this role is $155,000 - $175,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
