Begin has a new opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team! This role will report to our NYC office in a hybrid capacity or can be remote based in select US locations*.

Reporting to our Senior Director of Digital Product, the Senior Product Manager will help define and drive the product roadmap for the “Growth and Parent Experience” product team at Begin.

You will be responsible for:
  • Product strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our early childhood learning and parent-focused offerings. This includes optimizing e-commerce conversion funnels on Beginlearning.com and improving acquisition and conversion funnels within our paid mobile apps, driving lead generation and TSR (trial start rate) across platforms.
  • Growth & acquisition: Partner closely with the marketing growth team to identify and execute strategies that bring in high-quality traffic — including organic visits to our content and blog — and ensure that visitors convert effectively, either immediately or through lead capture and CRM follow-up.
  • Product innovation: Identify market trends, analyze competitors, and collaborate cross-functionally to introduce innovative features. Leverage A/B testing and iterative experimentation to ensure new ideas measurably enhance the user experience and drive conversion.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with analysts, designers, developers, learning advisors, and marketing partners to deliver outstanding digital experiences that fuel both growth and conversion.
  • Roadmap ownership: Build and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that balance user needs, market trends, and business objectives, with a sharp focus on driving TSR and conversion rates across web and mobile.
  • User experience & research: Champion a seamless, intuitive experience throughout our multi-brand, multi-platform ecosystem. Use user research and behavioral insights to ensure we deeply understand and address customer needs.
  • Market & competitive research: Conduct ongoing market analysis to keep ahead of user needs, industry shifts, and competitor moves, bringing actionable insights that inform both conversion and acquisition strategies.
  • Metrics & analytics: Define, track, and analyze KPIs tied to funnel performance, TSR, traffic quality, and conversion outcomes. Use rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Release planning: Coordinate product launches and ongoing enhancements, ensuring high-quality, timely releases that drive measurable impact.

Must haves:
  • 3+ years in product management, including at least 2 years focused on growth, acquisition, or funnel optimization — with a proven track record of improving TSR and conversion on web and/or mobile apps.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions, especially around conversion and trial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across diverse teams and clearly explain complex ideas.

Salary MIN: $135,000 MAX: $155,000 . This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
