The Role in Brief:
Senior Product Manager, Agent & Automation Workflows
We are seeking a product manager to lead the development of intelligent workflows and automation capabilities within our platform. This role focuses on translating emerging technologies and product opportunities into practical, high-impact features that deliver measurable value to institutions and their students.
This product manager will work closely with engineering and design partners to define, prioritize, and deliver new product capabilities that streamline complex workflows, power intelligent automation, and enable more personalized user experiences. The role requires a strong bias toward execution, turning ideas into clear product plans and shipping high-quality features at a consistent pace.
In addition to driving delivery, this role will contribute to product discovery and market insight by evaluating industry trends, analyzing competitive solutions, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the platform’s capabilities.
The ideal candidate is both a builder and a strategist, someone who enjoys working closely with development teams, bringing new ideas to life quickly, and ensuring that product investments deliver meaningful outcomes for users.
This position may be based in Washington D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental United States (with a preference to East Coast or willingness to work East Coast hours).

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $85,500 – $135,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
