Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, or Poland. Certain roles have specific location requirements to facilitate collaboration at a particular Grammarly hub.

All roles have an in-person component: Conditions permitting, teams meet 2–4 weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly’s hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in Kraków. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that fosters trust and unlocks creativity.

Grammarly team members in this role will collaborate in person 3 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to different hubs. They are required to live within a commutable distance of their home hub of San Francisco. Grammarly may provide relocation assistance.

The opportunity

Your impact

As a Senior Product Manager in Platform and Quality, you will be driving the vision and strategy for Grammarly’s browser extensions, which is one of the primary ways that millions of people use our AI-powered writing assistant every day. You’ll work closely with our engineering, data, and design teams to ensure that Grammarly’s writing assistant integrates seamlessly and delightfully everywhere our users write on the web while driving clear, meaningful, and actionable insights into how Grammarly performs in the thousands of interfaces our users work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the product roadmap and vision for Grammarly’s Browser Extension offerings to ensure they are harmonious with the rest of the desktop client suite.
  • Working across Grammarly to define and expand our definition and understanding of client quality, performance, and compatibility.
  • Using quality insights and data to influence roadmaps and drive improvements to our desktop clients.
  • Defining and driving additional initiatives that improve our release, testing, and monitoring processes to ensure the end user experience of our extensions is always in mind.

  • Is able to drive learnings, execution, and impact in a product area with ambiguity.
  • Has a deep technical understanding of how client teams monitor and improve quality at scale.
  • Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset that allows them to collaborate deeply with data science while also driving independent analysis.
  • Is able to communicate and influence product and engineering teams from a user-experience and data-driven lens.
  • Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset understanding to define success and move critical metrics.
