As a Senior Product Manager, supporting our Corporate Impact products, you will deliver products driving social impact for Blackbaud's corporate customers. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define market needs and deliver solutions. Working closely with product leadership and engineering, you'll help execute product strategy and lead purpose-driven innovation.  

What you will do:   

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for key capabilities in the Corporate Social Responsibility space, with a focus on social and corporate sector needs and AI-driven innovation.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define user requirements, solve meaningful problems, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Define success metrics, track adoption and usage, and use data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Ensure strong alignment with Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI and corporate social responsibility, to position our products as market leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through events, feedback loops, and strategic conversations.

What You Bring:   

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product or program management, product marketing, or business development with a preferred focus on B2B SaaS solutions. 
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). 
  • Understanding of industry development standards for end-to-end product delivery. 
  • Proven track record of applying AI or data-driven approaches in product development.
  • Driven to solve problems; able to prioritize on the fly.  
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

The starting base pay is $101,900.00 to $132,800.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
