Execution & Agile Delivery
  • Own and continuously refine the product backlog in the team’s tools of record (e.g., Jira, Confluence), writing clear epics, stories, and acceptance criteria that translate strategy into sprint-ready work
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies—sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives—and maintain a consistent sprint cadence in partnership with delivery/project management
  • Track delivery health (velocity, cycle time) and drive iterative, evidence-based delivery: ship in small increments and adjust scope based on real user feedback and data

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with researchers, instructional designers, UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams, with clear ownership across the team
  • Facilitate agile rituals and ensure alignment across product, design, and technical execution
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes
