The Senior Product Manager will act as the leader of a cross-functional team consisting of Product, Content Development, Education Technology, User Experience, and Engineering to solve Relias’ business problems and deliver against our product strategy. Responsible for determining priority product needs for clinical educational content for the US Healthcare market.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Leading and participating in the development of product strategy to support the strategic positioning of Relias Acute education solutions in the healthcare market 10%
• Developing and enhancing products by aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actionable initiatives, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks
• Leading the discovery process to understand customer needs, opportunities, and pain points related to Acute education products
• Analyzing data to draw insights from current product performance to deliver on key user metrics such as course NPS
• Planning development milestones in collaboration with the development team ensuring stakeholder alignment and achievement of business outcomes
• Providing business and market context to the content development team
• Prioritizing the content development team’s backlog
• Engaging with clients to obtain and implement feedback
• Working with content partnerships team and collaborating with high priority strategic partners such as AHA, ANCC, and others
• Facilitating and performing demos for stakeholders
• Creating product documentation including release notes, FAQ’s and Launch Briefs
• Participating in the commercialization and go-to-market activities for Relias products, features, and acquisition migrations
• Defining and improving product management best practices for Relias and mentoring teammates
• Other duties as assigned
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• Proven ability to deliver solutions tied to business problems, assessing risks and using data to inform prioritization
• Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse set of stakeholders and to engage with writers, curriculum designers, engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Experience with roadmap prioritization and customer discovery
• Demonstrated understanding of business requirements of internal functions like sales, client care, content development, and marketing
• Experience with business planning and go-to-market of products
• Possess strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and a proven ability to run effective meetings
• 5+ years of experience in product management in SaaS and/or experience in healthcare and/or healthcare technology
• Knowledge of Acute and Staffing markets, and related product suite, e.g., Wound Care, Revenue Cycle Coding, Assessments, Continuing Education, Compliance, etc.
• Understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems
• Can-do attitude with ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings
• Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence
• Bachelors’ Degree
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
• Degree in technical discipline or healthcare specialty
• Experience working in or with Acute healthcare organizations

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
