Senior Product Manager, Intuit for Education Full Description

Senior Product Manager, Intuit for Education
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Team: Intuit for Education, Corporate Responsibility

Company overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and
communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

About Intuit for Education
Intuit for Education is a free financial education platform. We give students and educators
real-world money lessons and hands-on tools that build skills people use for life, from budgeting and credit to taxes and entrepreneurship. We are a small, fast-moving team inside Corporate

Responsibility, and we own the full experience including curriculum and product.

The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core part of the Intuit for Education
experience end to end. You will start with the customer, define what success looks like, and ship products that help students and teachers build financial confidence.

This is a builder role. You will not just write specs and hand them off. You will prototype your own ideas with AI tools, get them in front of users early, and partner closely with design and engineering to turn them into the real thing. If new technology energizes you rather than intimidates you, you will feel at home here.

What you'll do
Own the experience end to end
● Own your product area and roadmap from problem definition through launch and iteration, holding a high bar for quality and ease of use.
● Define the success metrics, analytics, and instrumentation that show whether the
experience is working, then use what you learn to make it better.
Collaborate and communicate
● Partner across curriculum, design, engineering, program, and marketing. Anticipate
dependencies and keep the right people in the loop.
● Influence through data-backed storytelling and working prototypes.
Start with the customer
● Talk to students, educators, and partners directly. Turn what you hear into a clear view of the problems worth solving.
● Use research, behavioral signals, and AI tools to get past surface complaints to the real
need.

Build
● Prototype your ideas. Use AI tools to turn a concept into a clickable demo people can react to, instead of waiting weeks for a spec to become a mockup.
● Partner with engineering, curriculum, and design on technical trade-offs, and bring a point of view on the "how," not only the "what."
Decide with speed and judgment
● Drive product decisions across the team using data, customer input, and business needs, weighing short- and long-term impact on the product, the customer, and the platform.
● Build AI into how you prioritize so the team moves faster.
Wear many hats
● Step outside your role when the work needs it. On a small team, the person closest to the problem solves it.

Certifications & knowledge
● CSPO: Certified Scrum Product Owner (not required but nice to have)
● SAFe (Scaled Agile Frameworks) (not required but nice to have)
● DevOps Lifecycle
● Exposure to Jira, ADO (Azure DevOps), or similar DevOps delivery tracking tools
● Experience building Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) or functional requirements documents/specs (FSD)
● Experience defining functional requirements for event tracking and metrics for enabling
data-driven decisions across product & other teams

What you'll bring
● 4+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping customer-facing products from idea to launch.
● Hands-on comfort with AI and prototyping tools. You can build a rough prototype yourself with tools like Figma, Claude, or similar, and you reach for new technology rather than avoid it.
● Deep customer focus. You get close to users and turn what you learn into product
decisions.
● Fluency with data. You define the analytics that matter and use them to guide the roadmap.
● Strong communication and collaboration. You influence through clear storytelling and
prototypes people can try.
● Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to wear many hats on a small team.
● Experience in education or another mission-driven product is a plus, not a requirement.
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
