Do you want to help shape solutions that make a difference for educators and students? At McGraw Hill, our Senior Product Marketing Manager will help connect customer needs with compelling product stories and go-to-market strategies. This role brings together customer insight, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth across our Grades 6-12 English Language Arts (ELA) portfolio.
How can you make an impact?
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and customer insights, translating the needs of teachers, school and district leaders, curriculum directors, and students into differentiated positioning, messaging, and market-facing strategies. You will serve as the voice of the customer, helping the business turn innovative products into clear value propositions that support adoption, retention, and growth.
You will partner with Product Management, Integrated Marketing, Product and Academic Design, Finance, Sales, Project Management, and Consulting to inform product direction and execute effective go-to-market strategies.

The pay range for this position is between $82,100 - $110,000 USD annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
