Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Business Transformation Director.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $77,050 and $106,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 10% travel (approximately 3 trips per year, with occasional additional travel based on project needs), so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage projects aligned with strategic initiatives across multiple business units to successful outcomes on time and within budget including planning, resourcing, progress tracking, communicating and reporting.
- Translate goals and objectives into iterative deliverables for implementation based on a realistic understanding of effort and capacity.
- Balance competing factors and manage the gaps and interfaces between workstreams to effectively maximize project impact.
- Identify, review, and work with vendors or other outside resources to meet project needs.
- Communicate project status and risk to relevant stakeholders, team, and partners, including up the management chain, escalating further when appropriate; identify and monitor risks and develop response plans when necessary.
- Generate, disseminate, and maintain all required project documentation, ensuring that all documents are stored with revision control and accessible by the selected audience.
- Ensure the intended outcome and value of projects are well-understood and communicated to stakeholders and the teams responsible for delivering the project expectations.
- Drive collaboration between all stakeholder departments managing change
- Promote, enable, and support changes to how departments and project team operate to accomplish defined business value.
- Gather, analyze, and utilize quantitative and qualitative information to build context, inform decisions, define program health.

Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in project management; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- PMP certification, PMI Agile Certification (PMI-ACP), or MBA with project management focus.
- Experience with online project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc. in partnership with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and understand complex problems and issues and formulate alternate solutions.
- Capability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills; self-directed to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Demonstrated skill in quickly learning, understanding, communicating, and integrating technical concepts and issues.
- Experience working, influencing, and networking within a matrix organization.
