Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our software development projects from conception to completion for Federal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and exceptional leadership skills.

- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for software development initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively to minimize impact on project scope and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a computer- or business-related discipline is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Significant IT project management experience in software development or design. Substantial experience in a supervisory capacity is also required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Certifications: A Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), or Project Management Institute’s Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is required. A certified and experienced Scrum Master is also an acceptable qualification.
- Communication: Substantial years of communication experience, including facilitating meetings and presentations and writing project documentation.

Target Pay Range: The below listed pay range for this position is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
