Highlights
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for New Jersey and surrounding regions including Eastern Pennsylvania, Eastern New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, and educational organizations to promote Ohio University opportunities.
  • Counsel and advise on complex admission and enrollment processes and serve on admission review panels.
  • Utilize data analysis to recommend recruitment goals and strategic adjustments.
  • Manage and participate in recruitment events both on- and off-campus.
  • Significant travel required within the territory, including evenings, weekends, and some overnight stays.
  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of related experience, 12 months or less of management experience, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree, multilingual abilities, and experience in college admissions, advising, counseling, or teaching.
  • Compensation target range: $68,299 to $92,205 with comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, tuition waivers, retirement plans, and flexible work options.
  • Position supports Undergraduate Admissions under the Vice President Enrollment Management planning unit.
