The Senior Enablement Trainer is a strategic leader responsible for developing, managing, and continuously enhancing comprehensive training programs for front-of-house employees. In this senior role, you will drive the design and execution of innovative enablement initiatives, lead and ensure cross-functional collaboration, and mentor junior specialists to ensure teams are fully equipped to meet evolving market demands and corporate objectives
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 
  • Developing and continuously improving structured curriculum for front of house new hires, including leveraging new technologies and methodologies ensuring an engaging, outcomes-based onboarding program. 
  • Delivering and overseeing high-impact training sessions for front of house staff, as needed, e.g., supporting Release Readiness and Go-to-Market initiatives.
  • Leading training teams by setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback, and ensuring high-quality program delivery.
  • Championing change management initiatives to drive adoption of new training techniques and technologies.
  • Establishing and maintaining a training evaluation framework to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.  Utilize data-driven insights to refine training strategies, enhance learning outcomes, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert, providing insights and best practices on the various FOH processes and methodologies.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and sales—to stay informed of platform updates, product releases, and market shifts, integrating these insights into training programs. 
  • Acting as a key liaison between training teams and senior leadership to ensure training initiatives are aligned with broader corporate goals. 
  • Representing the enablement function in inter-departmental meetings and strategy sessions, advocating for training needs and innovations. 
  • Monitoring current market trends and changes in the Client Care and sales environments, integrating insights into training programs to maintain competitiveness.

  • Project Management: ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to achieve specific goals within set constraints such as time, cost, and scope
  • Interpersonal Relationships: ability to establish and maintain positive and productive connections with others, encompassing the skills, attitudes, and behaviors necessary to build rapport, communicate effectively, collaborate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (MINIMUM REQUIRED)
  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales environment
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales training role in a technology company
  • Experience working in a SaaS sales environment  
 
EDUCATION REQUIRED (MINIMUM REQUIRED)
  • Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales environment
  • Knowledge of leading sales methodology practices (i.e. Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, etc)

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
