Job Description

Core Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for global to local channel requirements, within the strategy team, you will be collaborating closely with social media specialists to establish an efficient operational model for optimal channel performance.
  • Oversee and optimize the briefing process, content processes, localization, and create guides and templates to support the management of operations and partnerships within and outside the LEGO Group.
  • Ensure a seamless editorial planning process for YouTube that aligns with the LEGO Group’s global social strategy.
  • Focus on content and editorial strategies that support Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) targets and deliver on Social KPIs.
  • Design and implement sophisticated operational frameworks that incorporate platform best practices, executing strategies developed by YouTube specialists.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to planning by following the directive of marketing prioritization calendar, while maintaining an awareness of the social media channels and their key exclusivity windows.
  • Engage key stakeholders to create and maintain detailed and strategic content plans, collaborating with Content Strategists, Entertainment and IP partnership leads, marketing leads, and social media teams across AMS, WE, EMEA, CEEMEA, and APAC.
  • While you will receive strong leadership support, it is essential that you can independently advance projects and delegate tasks to maintain progress.

With a dual focus on attracting new audiences and nurturing loyal fans, the team is dedicated to building authentic relationships that inspire and connect people of all ages to the LEGO brand in lasting and impactful ways.

In this role, you will be essential in managing various workstreams that feed into YouTube, ensuring that the LEGO Group remains easily discoverable and engaging for our Kids Audiences on the platform.

  • Proven operational experience with YouTube, complemented by exceptional stakeholder management and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of platform intricacies, coupled with a passion for managing complex information structures to drive clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in social media best practices specifically tailored for YouTube execution.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrix-driven environments, whether on the client, agency, or media side.
  • Strong project management background, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to organizational excellence.
  • A collaborative leader, adept at working with global partners, strategists, analysts, production managers, and creatives to achieve shared goals.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to thrive in autonomous work settings.
