Job Description
Opportunity at a Glance
 The Senior Sales Contracts Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and legal compliance within the Workforce Solutions Sales Operations function. This role ensures sales contracts are reviewed, executed, and maintained with a high level of accuracy and compliance, serving as a key liaison between sales, legal, and partner success teams. This position helps reduce risk, increase deal velocity, and support revenue growth by streamlining the contract lifecycle, managing tuition benefit structures, conducting contract audits and implementing policy frameworks around discounting and partner agreements. This role will also manage onboarding new partnerships and internal announcements related to new agreements.
 
 Responsibilities
  • Review, manage, and store sales contracts properly to reduce legal and financial risks.
  • Partner with legal to develop and use standardized contract templates to ensure consistency and legal accuracy.
  • Lead thorough review and redline processes for terms and conditions, including legal counsel when necessary. Maintain playbook of approved language.
  • Identify necessary internal approvals for specific contract terms and track through to completion.
  • Provide guidance to sales teams on legal terms, discount policies, and contract workflows.
  • Lead the tracking of impact of discounts on key sales KPIs such as win rates, deal size, and margin.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of executed contracts and approvals in Salesforce.
  • Monitor key dates, renewals, and expirations to ensure timely action and ongoing compliance.
  • Onboard new partnerships in Salesforce and public websites by documenting or updating contractual details, product and tuition benefit details, microsites, and related tasks in compliance with internal and external laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure that all sales activities align with local, national, and international laws and regulations inclusive of data privacy, industry-specific guidelines and provide training to sales teams.
  • Coordinate with Partner Success teams to ensure operational and contractual implementation aligns with commitments.
  • Establish and enforce policies and best practices around contract creation, approval, and compliance.
  • Conduct contract audits, including tracking contract term dates to facilitate the renewal process, compliance with SLAs with Partners, and to ensure overall compliance and tracking of contractual obligations.
  • Enforce discounting rules, thresholds, and approval hierarchies.
  • Act as a trusted resource to structure deals that are both competitive and compliant.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams to refine contract processes and optimize effectiveness.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years contract analysis or contract administration required
  • 3+ years working closely with sales teams in a similar role required
  • 2+ years experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage contracts and approval workflows required
  • 2+ years proven track record in reviewing, negotiating, or redlining legal agreements required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $105,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
