You'll be joining the Data Analytics team within Risepoint’s Strategy function. Our team advances the organization's mission by:

Driving transformational change at Risepoint that brings better services to students, our partners, and our colleagues through the use of both established and emerging technologies, especially machine learning and GenAI
Partnering with our university clients to identify student experience and university value proposition improvements through a mix of advanced analytics, benchmarking, and thought partnership
Establishing our advanced analytics capabilities as the benchmark for the industry

In the role of Senior Strategy Analyst, you will:

Understand the perspective and experiences of the prospective students and university clients that we serve as they navigate our processes
Be an advocate for both our student customers and university clients in problem solving by bringing facts that illuminate student and university experiences
Investigate and understand challenges and opportunities within our operations, raising performance aspirations among operations leaders
Inform the design of solutions that raise student experience, client experience, productivity, and the distinctiveness of our offering
Own the measurement of experiments that we field with our student consumers and university partners through structured randomized control trials and other techniques
Establish counseling relationships with colleagues across the business from the frontline through executive leadership
Develop our team through mentorship and apprenticeship of your immediate teammates, and BizOps professionals outside of our team

You will be supported by our Data Analytics team - a mix of career analytics professionals, experienced operators with great analytics chops, and previous consultants - and by the greater Strategy function.

Job Requirements

A proven track record of delivering operational improvements, especially leveraging data and/or analytics to accelerate or expand impact
Experience as a workstream leader, scoping, designing, and managing the implementation of end solutions
Comfort working with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL), or an excitement to develop technical data analytics capabilities. Experience with Databricks preferred.
Great collaboration and communication abilities (presenting, Word, PPT), especially when working with both operations and technical personas
Familiarity with the education industry gives you a great springboard, but is not necessary
Experience in consulting and/or a fast-paced early-stage company is highly preferred
