The CCAS Office of Graduate Studies (OGS) is seeking a Sr. Student Services Specialist, Graduate Awards, who will work to ensure the delivery and accurate tracking of graduate awards to current and prospective CCAS graduate students, in order to aid the College’s graduate enrollment goals and support the recruitment of an excellent and diverse graduate student body. The Sr. Student Services Specialist, Graduate Awards, will act as a resource for CCAS graduate students, faculty and staff on awards opportunities, policies, and systems training. Responsibilities Include: Processes annual award letters to continuing and prospective students by:
Supports the Associate Director in preparing periodic reports on graduate awards by:
Facilitates the award-related training of faculty and staff and supports their processing of graduate awards by:
Manages communication with current and prospective graduate students on awards- related topics by:
Performs other work-related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |

| Preferred Qualifications: | Experience with student information systems (Banner), Customer Relationship and Application Management Systems (SLATE) and ServiceNow. |
| Hiring Range | $45,925.13 - $63,191.56 |
