As our Senior Training Facilitator, you won’t just lead training sessions, you’ll be a trusted advisor, mentor, and strategic partner to business owners across the country. You’ll have the opportunity to educate and empower entrepreneurs through high-impact workshops, customized training plans, and dynamic mentorship programs.

What You'll Do as our Senior Training Facilitator:
Training & Facilitation
Deliver high-impact training sessions across a range of operational and leadership topics (virtually and in-person).Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop dynamic, learner-centric content.Lead large-scale learning experiences during Expos and executive events.
Mentorship Program Design
Build and implement scalable mentorship programs that align with member goals.Train mentors and facilitate workshops to strengthen mentor-mentee relationships.Define KPIs to measure mentorship success and iterate programs accordingly.
Strategic Business Advising
Conduct business needs assessments and deliver tailored training plans that unlock growth.Provide ongoing support post-training to ensure strategy execution and member success.Lead sessions such as Strategic Business Overviews and growth-planning workshops.
Member Engagement & Community Building
Foster deep, trusted relationships with business owners and their teams.Create communities of learning through networking events and peer connections.Serve as a go-to advisor and thought partner for training, mentorship, and leadership development.
Program Strategy & Sales Enablement
Contribute to the evolution of CertainPath’s training and mentorship strategies.Collaborate with sales to position and promote training products that drive revenue and value.Represent the brand as a thought leader and advocate for lifelong learning.
What You'll Bring as our Senior Training Facilitator:
- 8+ years in corporate training, facilitation, or leadership development
- 5+ years leading training initiatives or mentorship programs
- Proven ability to deliver transformative learning experiences and foster leadership capability
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory, coaching models, and mentorship practices
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
