Highlights

Maintain F-1 and J-1 records in SEVIS and perform event-based and periodic reporting.

Synthesize data from multiple sources to manage student registration and compliance reporting.

Perform SEVIS-related database maintenance, data clean-up, and run queries in SIS and Sunapsis.

Advise international students and scholars on compliance and university processes.

Assist with Sunapsis system maintenance, user access, technical documentation, and staff training.

Required skills: MS Office/Google Suite expertise (especially Excel), familiarity with FERPA, relational databases, SQL, and experience with university information systems.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, experience with Sunapsis/Global Home, knowledge of SEVP and visa regulations, and at least one year of relevant higher education experience.
