The technician operates simulators, audio/visual, and other simulation equipment, helps run training sessions, and keeps the learning center's equipment safe and well maintained. The role also covers scheduling, inventory, and administrative support for the center.

Operates simulators, audio/visual, computer, and other simulation-related equipment
Supports faculty, staff, and students during simulation sessions, tours, and coursework
Sets up simulation cases, prop placement, and moulage, and trains faculty on simulation equipment
Runs routine safety checks on exam tables and simulation equipment
Backs up the ALAC Simulation Operations Specialist by recording and monitoring center activities
Handles room scheduling for the Center for Experiential Learning and Simulation
Monitors material and resource usage to control costs and reduce waste
Performs preventative maintenance on simulation equipment
Tracks inventory of CELS supplies and submits restock requests
Pays $23.50 to $24.75 per hour

Requires a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination
Calls for Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire
