Slate Senior Program Manager Full Description

Who We Are
Technolutions was founded in 1994 with our flagship product, Slate, released in 2000. Slate is the industry-leading CRM for over 2,200 colleges, universities, and secondary schools to handle their enrollment management, student success, and advancement processes. Built in-house, from the ground up, the Slate platform interacts with millions of users globally. Our mission is to support transformative effects on the world of higher education.

Position Summary
Technolutions is seeking a Slate Senior Program Manager to help institutions get more from Slate.
This is a role for a Slate expert: someone who understands how the platform works, enjoys exploring what is possible, and can see connections between features, data, processes, and user needs. The ideal candidate is the person others turn to when they are trying to solve a difficult Slate problem, design a better workflow, or understand how several parts of the system can work together.
The Senior Program Manager will work directly with clients to understand their needs, solve problems in real time, and provide thoughtful guidance on how Slate can support their goals. They will also turn recurring challenges and effective solutions into durable, reusable resources that make the lives of Slate clients easier.
This position is ideal for a curious, highly capable systems thinker who enjoys both the big picture and the details. Successful candidates will be comfortable asking “what if?”, testing ideas, explaining complex concepts clearly, and building solutions that make Slate — and the work surrounding it — better.

Required Qualifications
  • Deep, practical experience using Slate and the ability to think clearly about how its features, data, and workflows work together
  • Experience solving complex problems, designing effective processes, or helping others use technology successfully
  • Experience working in higher education, software implementation, client success, training, operations, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple priorities
  • Curiosity, creativity, sound judgment, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment and learn
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
